I have given up hope of resolving this problem. Every once in a while, the keyboard goes crazy and will repeat one particular key with a single key press. It is usually a different key each time, although the enter key happens more often. I unpluf the usb cable, wait a couple of seconds, and then plug it into a different port. Problem goes away.
